Why I started cM claims advocacy
After more than 10 years working directly in claims, I started CM Claims Advocacy because I saw just how much people needed someone in their corner.
Claims are about more than policies and paperwork – they’re about real lives, real families, and real challenges. My mission is simple: to guide you through the claims process with compassion, honesty, and experience, so you feel supported every step of the way.
A Little about me
I’ve been in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years, helping countless clients successfully navigate their claims. I’m passionate about my work and pride myself on being the voice of my clients, providing comfort, support, and care in everything I do.
I created CM Claims Advocacy to improve the claims experience, knowing firsthand how much of a difference having someone on your side can make — not only for the outcome of a claim but also for the client’s peace of mind and quality of life. It’s a privilege to support people through tough times.
Outside of work, I love cooking, gardening, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. These passions keep me grounded and remind me why balance, connection, and care are so important — values I bring into my work with every client.
